Daily Journal Entries:

Reflecting on Strength: What does strength mean to you today—physically, mentally, or emotionally? How can you tap into that strength as you move through today’s challenge?

Building Confidence: What action can you take today to feel more confident in your abilities? How will this build your inner strength for the future?

Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone: What’s one thing you can do today to step outside of your comfort zone? How will this push you closer to your personal growth goals?

Measuring Progress: Reflect on your journey so far. What progress have you made in the last few days, and what’s one goal you’re working toward in the coming days?

Self-Celebration: What is one win—big or small—that you can celebrate today? How can you acknowledge your growth and stay motivated to continue?

Practicing Grace
What is one way you can show yourself grace today? How will you be kind to yourself, especially when things don’t go as planned?

Overcoming Challenges
Think of a recent challenge you’ve faced. What was one way you overcame it, and how can that experience help you in this challenge moving forward?

Day 15

Moving forward, what are ways you can stay consistent with healthy habits that make you confident? The HOW to make sure these feelings of strength last beyond this program are important.

Day 16

How have you shifted your mindset these last few weeks for the better? What is a motto or a mantra you can create for yourself right now that helps you shift your mindset for the better whenever you’re feeling down. I’ll go first- mine is “You are greater than your thoughts.”

Day 17

When have you felt most confident over these last few weeks? How can you tap into that on a daily basis?

Day 18

Everyone is different. Some gain more confidence while stepping out of their comfort zone, while some are more confident not leaving that comfort zone. Did you learn anything about yourself with the last two weeks journal prompts about your comfort zone? 

Day 19

Is there a time in these last 3 weeks where you realized you handled a situation better than your old self would have? Seems small, but that is progress! What does unleashing your inner “roar” look like moving forward?

Day 20

You have ONE more day in this program!! What’s a small win in this workout challenge you can celebrate? Did you up your weight at all? Did you feel better doing cardio? Can you do a pushup a little easier now?

Day 21

Going forward and after this challenge, I always want you to push yourself to be your best self, but I also want you to equally give yourself grace. What are some practices of grace and compassion to yourself you can do moving forward?
