Overcoming Challenges
Think of a recent challenge you’ve faced. What was one way you overcame it, and how can that experience help you in this challenge moving forward?

Day 5: Progress

Take note of how you feel on day 5. This is when it starts to get tough, when you might want to give up. Stay with me, it’s all about progress. I’d love to know, how do you measure progress in your personal or professional life? What is most meaningful?

Day 6

Reflect on YOU. What is one area of your life where you already feel strong? What does strength mean to you, both physically and mentally?

Day 7

What are ways you’ve been too hard on yourself in the past? Now looking back, would you re-evaluate those feelings and realize you might have just needed some self care?
