My whole life training as an athlete, it was lifting heavy, sprint tests, and testing my body to the limits. Now, I’ve learned how to love lower impact, pilates and barre workouts. This program is the combination between building muscle strength and elongating your muscles- helping with balance and flexibility. Some days you will complete weighted burpees, and some days you will complete tiny leg lift pulses. But don’t worry – no matter the day, you’ll feel the burn.
Overall, this program will focus on getting you energized, teach you how powerful your core is, and make you fall in LOVE with working out. Not only is it amazing for your body to switch up your routine from strength based workouts to pilates based workouts, but I’m also the type to get bored from the same type of workout every day, so I created this challenge to combine 2 methods. The fusion of this program will keep you motivated and entertained. I can’t wait for you to start with me!
Why 21 days? It’s approachable, it’s realistic. Whenever I do a 10 day challenge, I’m left wanting more. Whenever I start a 30-day challenge, I feel a little intimidated to start. In 21 days, you can FEEL stronger, feel better, and see results.
Will I need any equipment? Yes! I suggest a pair of light weights, heavier weights, and a mat. These workouts are meant to be done at home with dumbbells (some affordable options at Walmart/Amazon), or you can go to a local gym to complete. Whatever feels more comfortable to you.
How long are the workouts?Anywhere from 15-40 minutes! Efficiency is key for a KA program;)
