This 7-day program will help you understand lengthening and leaning exercises. It’s meant to be a jumpstart pilates program but can be done by any fitness level. It’s lower impact, but low impact doesn’t mean low intensity. Some of these light moves we do throughout the series will leave you feeling sore!! We will focus on every major muscle group.
