12 Days | 16 Workouts

I wanted to call this program “POWER” for a reason. I want you to recognize your power – and yes all you need is 10 days. These workouts will focus on every major muscle group, to grow, lean, and strengthen. Most of the workouts will be a mix of cardio and strength training. Something that is up to YOU though the weight you will be using.

I suggest starting with something that feels comfortable for the first couple of days, but the way to really progress in this series is to keep moving up weight – challenge yourself!
