I wanted to create this series for a multitude of reasons. First off, it might sound crazy to some of you, but I LOVE working out on vacation. And no, it’s not because I need to “earn” my poolside chicken tenders and fries, but it’s because it makes me feel good, keeps my energy levels up, and keeps me in ROUTINE. That way, when I get home I’m not totally out of whack. I’m not saying you need to workout for 45 minutes a day, but just 15-20 minutes can really add up! 

I want you to have this as your go-to workout collection when you’re traveling. Maybe you’re in a hotel, on the beach with no gym, or hey- even stuck in an airport if your flight is delayed- at least you have this series to move with you. 

Also, these workouts are great to do post flight. I know sometimes after a long day of travel, the LAST thing you want to do is exercise, but just know it might be the BEST thing for you. After sitting for so long, moving your body can help improve circulation, boost your energy, support your digestion, ease tension in your body, increase oxygen flow, help your immune system, and mentally reset you in a new time zone. I hope those reasonings are enough for you to be SOLD- because why NOT feel your best all summer long?
